Case Studies of Garden Offices, Studios and Lodges

An internet marketeer worked for many years in a business centre. Paying ever increasing rents that were standing at £500 per month.

He invested £5000 in a fully insulated contemporary designed garden office and used the £500 monthly saving to pay a massive chunk off his mortgage.

The Garden Lodge for Therapy

When Sarah saw her youngest daughter to school she chose to retrain as an Indian head massage therapist. The 16' x 12' on the inside the Glastonbury is a magnificently large Cabin perfectly suited as a garden studio and therapy room. It's three rooms were perfect for the use.

Ted & His Shed

Ted had an opportunity to retire at 65 but work part time as a consultant for his former employers. Another opportunity arrived when a company also deployed his skills as a consultant. His only issue was the fact that there were no local offices available and he chose not to commute other than to the end of his garden. He purchased a 10' x 10' garden studio complete with workstation, lighting and fully installed in one full day.

Ted became a lawn commuter, his day to day is disciplined enough to get up early as if he was going to work, put on his suit and ventured the 30 yards to the bottom of his garden. He calls it is office shed, but it is as far from a shed as you could imagine.

He even walks to his local supermarket to purchase lunch each day.

If you have a case study relating to your garden office, please feel free to forward it to mail@ukhq.com.

We don't use 'flag waving exercises or PR stunts...thank you.
